- When can you request a refund?
-
If you have not yet published the tournament and have not generated or started using official TURNIR links, QR/PDF promotional materials, or public tournament promotion, you may request a refund at any time.
- What changes when you choose "Publish tournament"?
-
By publishing a tournament, you confirm that the data is ready for public use. The service value is then delivered through the public page, official links, QR codes, promotional materials, and SEO/public content on the TURNIR domain.
- Why are refunds generally unavailable after publishing?
-
After publishing, public links and promotional materials may already have been shared with participants, partners, and visitors. At that point, the delivered value cannot practically be returned or canceled as an unused service.
- Will the user be warned?
-
Yes. Before confirming publication, the user should clearly see that publishing activates the public value of the service and that refunds are generally no longer available afterward.
- Are there exceptions after publishing?
-
Yes. We will consider reasonable exceptions, such as duplicate billing, obvious incorrect billing, a technical failure that prevented use before publishing, or a situation where applicable law requires a different outcome.
- How do you send a request?
-
Send a message to info@turnir.net with the organizer name, tournament name, account email, available order or billing number, and a short reason for the request.
- How is the payment processed?
-
If payment was processed through a payment provider, the refund may be processed through that payment system and according to its technical processing rules. TURNIR will not request unnecessary card details or sensitive payment data by email.
- Does this apply to participant entry fees?
-
No. This policy covers the TURNIR SaaS service for the organizer. Participant entry fees, if collected by the organizer outside TURNIR, remain a relationship between the organizer and the participant.
Refunds
Refunds are simple before the tournament is published.
The policy is customer-friendly: while the tournament is not published and public links, QR materials, and promotion are not activated, the organizer may request a refund.
