TURNIR.Player

A player should not have to search messages and spreadsheets for information.

Player is the user flow for registration, status, schedule, results, and important tournament information. Users enter through a public link or QR code from the public page and promotional materials.

For players and teams

A clear tournament entry point without extra organizer load.

Player absorbs part of the communication that would otherwise end up in groups, messages, and manual organizer replies.

QR registration

Poster, flyer, or table card leads to the same public entry point, from which the user continues into the Player flow.

Captain and team

Content is written for individuals, pairs, teams, captains, parents, and companions, depending on tournament type.

Registration status

The user sees where they are in the process: registration, confirmation, fee, category, schedule, and result.

Mobile today

The first goal is a fast web flow on mobile, without installation or special training.

Schedule and results

Player connects the player with times, opponents, playing areas, and results published from the organizer flow.

Location and arrival

Venue, playing area, map, parking, entrance, and practical notes come from public tournament data.

Role in the platform

Player reduces questions for the organizer because it gives the user exactly what they need.

It is not a replacement for Manager and does not open private data. Player is a window into personal participation and public tournament information.

  • Registration and data confirmation in a mobile-friendly flow.
  • Schedule, playing area, and results view without entering the organizer tool.
  • Connection with the public tournament page, maps, and QR materials.
  • Possible later expansion toward notifications and tournament archive.

Mobile flow

From scanning a QR code to seeing results.

Player starts from the public page and uses data confirmed by the organizer.

1

Entry

The user scans a QR code or opens the public tournament link.

2

Registration

In the Player flow, the user enters or confirms data needed for the tournament.

3

Following

Follows status, schedule, playing area, opponent, and updates related to their participation.

4

Finish

After playing, sees the result and relevant public archive.

Player shows the most value at tournaments with many questions.

If the organizer currently answers registration, time, venue, and results questions manually, Player is the most visible part of the solution.
